| After participating in a one-day Transition
Project Faculty Training Conference, 100% of participants
rated the day as valuable and reported feeling confident in their
roles as advisors. In addition, 92% reported feeling committed to
successfully implementing the program in their schools.

original Learning Station activities developed by student facilitators
and advisors that address school-specific transition issues.
Activities are only available to Transition Project schools
that attended the Day of Design Training and submitted an original
activity. |
