Program costs can be funded through Character Education and/or Title IV (Safe and Drug-Free School Act) grants offered by the NJ Department of Education

how do we know it works?

A preliminary survey of elementary school faculty who are implementing the Peacemakers curriculum in their classrooms yielded the following results:

86% of faculty reported that the training by PCLT was “very useful.”Faculty Comment: The program is a well designed and informative one. I feel strongly this program will be valuable to staff and students and the entire school.
89% of faculty reported that Peacemakers Learning Activities are
“very relevant” for their students. Faculty Comment: Peacemakers helps resolve conflicts.
85% of faculty reported that the Peacemakers curriculum is “very appropriate” for the age and cognitive level of their students. Faculty Comment: Peacemakers is “doable” for our students. The modules are clear, short, and goal-oriented. The students will benefit from the hands-on experience.
