| PCLT designs and delivers customized training to
prepare teachers, counselors, and administrators to implement positive
changes in their schools. Leadership teams learn to improve school
climate, increase community involvement, and assist colleagues in
utilizing new instructional strategies in their classrooms. Strategies
emphasize teaching and learning, targeting structural changes specific
to the needs of each school community. PCLT custom training has
been conducted in over 150 public and private schools throughout
the Northeast.
